BY-PASS OIL FILTRATION

OIL FILTRATION BY-PASS PRODUCTS

WHAT IS By-Pass Filtration:

SIPG By-Pass Filtration reduces operating costs due to implementing REAL PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE practices.

WHO NEEDS OUR PRODUCT:

Any company that has hydraulic systems either fixed or mobile, diesel engines, transmissions / gear boxes and bulk diesel fuel tanks.

PRODUCTS:

By-pass units mounted directly onto equipment either fixed or mobile, using the flow of oil from the system to pass through the by-pass unit, or equipped with a pump and motor to create the flow.

Filter carts that are engineered to filter equipment either fixed or mobile on a as need basis, or to filter larger reservoirs such as 10,000 L tanks in a stamping plant.

HOW IT WORKS

Simple. It takes 2.5 – 3 Liters per minute and filters out dirt and contamination down to 1 micron (3 microns absolute) and removes water at 100%.
Tap into the return circuit on hydraulics, run the oil through our “depth” filter unit and watch your oil analysis results for proof of what it accomplishes. Transmissions, gear boxes, engines all benefit, and are easy to install.
In some cases we will supply a pump and motor to create the flow.

Are you tired of expensive repairs, down time and unplanned expenditures of your equipment?

WHAT IS AN SIPG FILTER CART:

Either on wheels or fixed and mounted to a wall or a tote / tank, it has a motor, pump, pre-filter and depending on volume of oil, by pass filters.

NOTE: Can also be used to transfer fluid by simply switching a valve.

As opposed to installing a filter on your equipment, a filter cart is used to filter your lubricating oils, diesel fuel or engine coolant through a quick connection on an as needed basis. (oil analysis will prompt you)

BY-PASS FILTRATION CARTS VS FULL FLOW MODELS (KNOW THE DIFFERENCE)

When it comes to true preventative maintenance, limiting costs for your hydraulics, transmissions and engines on your fixed or mobile equipment, the level of dirt in your lubricating oils will be the deciding factor. Full flow filter carts cannot achieve the level of cleanliness that by-pass filters do.

OEM's make most of their money on parts. Money YOU spend.

Every wonder why the OEM,s demand oil analysis, have you change oil at prescribed intervals, and yet defy you to add any other solutions or change the way you maintain your equipment?

Offer: Let us install our filter system, use your oil analysis results, and show you that you can extend your oil life which saves you a LOT of money while also extending component and equipment life which will save you even more. Think oil purchase and handling, parts / components purchased and handling, down time, lost production ... and for what?

Less dirt / grit / water = longer component and equipment life.

Using Diesel cleans 1300-1800litres (400-600 gallons) per hour
These figures are approximate as conditions can vary considerably depending on length and type of hose, temperature of the fluid even fluctuations in the electric supply. Also, if the machines are having to pump or lift the fluid "uphill" this will alter the flow rates.
NOTE: Full flow filters by design cannot produce the results a by-pass system can. They cannot restrict the flow of oil, hence they by-pass themselves when the filters get dirty, or the oil becomes too thick.
Let your oil analysis results dictate which system will help you address cost containment and cost avoidance initiatives. The difference will be reflected in your profitability.
