Oil By-Pass Filtration Carts for Heavy Duty Equipment

Using our by-pass filters (depth filters) and verified by oil analysis, our units will achieve the following:

 

  • Cleans 400 – 600 litres (100 – 400 gallons per hour) using AW 32 oil.
  • Filtering diesel fuel, 700 litres (175 gallons) per hour.Down to 1 micron contamination removal. (3 microns absolute).
  • 99.9% of water removal.
  • Magnetic pre-filter will remove ferrous metal particles, which can be seen and removed from the unit.
  • Gage on filter will indicate when cartridge needs changing.
  • Using a polypropylene filter you can filter engine coolant or other water based lubricants or cutting fluids.
